The European Commission has launched today a public consultation on the Framework on the current Community Guidelines on State Aid for Rescuing and Restructuring Firms in Difficulty, document that is applicable until 9 October 2012. For this purpose, the Commission has published a questionnaire addressed to all interested parties. The result of this consultation will serve as a basis for maintaining or amending the actual Framework.
