Competition Council launched a public consultation, according with the provisions of the Law no 52/2003 regardind the decisional transparency in public administration, republished, a draft of Law regarding the national procedures in the State aid field, accompanied by the motivation of the act.

The contributions shall be submitted by the interested persons to the e-mail adresses cristina.corut@consiliulconcurentei.ro or mihaela.marinescu@consiliulconcurentei.ro, until 03.11.2014. (Available only in Romanian)
